“Fancy Like Dance” is blowing up on TikTok
Country star Walker Hayes enlisted his oldest daughter, Lela, to choreograph a super fun dance for his hit song “Fancy Like” that has been catching on all over the world. It has racked up millions of views on TikTok and the dance video has earned more than 1.4 million likes.
It’s a huge hit and the dance has now become so popular, some people are even filming tutorials on how to do it! One married couple, Justin and Ashley with the TikTok name “thestrohshow” have made a video showing off their fancy moves. A Pittsburgh chiropractor who shares stretching tips also made a video of himself doing the dance.
Steph Hetherington, who is a wakesurfer on YouTube, also put her own spin on the dance and pulled it off perfectly! She was on the wake behind a boat and she didn’t even fall in.
The TikTok dance is so popular, some users are even posting the video to their own profiles! Some fans have gone as far as sharing the video with their families and friends!
Fancy Like – a dance that is taking over TikTok
After the “Fancy Like” song hit the charts in June, it quickly became a viral sensation. It racked up more than 180 million streams, reached the top of Billboard’s Country Songs chart, and was featured in Applebee’s national commercial campaign.
‘Fancy Like’ has since been certified platinum and has smashed into the top 10 of the all-genre Billboard 100! And now the choreographed dance that has blown up on TikTok is all about to go viral again.
